Board Meeting Highlights

A discussion was led by Ann Susko pertaining to the HVCC agreements and
it's final outcome in second quarter 2009. In addition, the new
Fannie/Freddie 1004MC form was discussed and will be required by Fannie
in April 2009.

underwriting requirements, etc.
